Addition to tip i wrote before, only front desk staff were kind and helpful. at least they were kind enough to ask if i had breakfast at the time i checked out.

It was one of the worse hotel i stayed in ıstanbul. rooms were dirty, especially carpet full of stain. breakfast was chaotic, none of the staff say hello or good morning, like they treat animals.
